Agentic delivery, by agreement
When it suits the project and your governance, we agree with you to run delivery the AI-native way. We follow Anthropic's AI-Native SDLC Playbook: AI agents draft, build, test and review, while your people decide, approve and stay accountable.
Stage 1
Each need is captured as a short, versioned intent document: what is wanted, why, and under which constraints. Your product owner approves it before work starts.
Stage 2
AI drafts the requirements and design spec against your security, compliance and brand policies, and flags every conflict for its policy owner to decide.
Stage 3
A written implementation plan is reviewed before any code exists. Agents then build in parallel, isolated branches, guided by versioned project rules.
Stage 4
Every change proves itself with tests, builds and visual checks before a person sees it. Evaluation suites in CI catch regressions when the agent setup changes.
Stage 5
AI reviews every pull request against the spec, plan and policies; a human code owner approves. Production releases still require your release manager.
Stage 6
Monitoring watches agreed control bands. Anomalies are diagnosed, written up as new intent and fixed through the same gates, with rollback rehearsed in advance.
